1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and all business dealings with Sparkle Diam Pvt. Ltd. ("SparkleDiam", "we", "us"), a jewellery manufacturing company located at Plot No. D3, Road Number 16, MIDC, Andheri (E), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By using this website or engaging with us commercially, you accept these terms.

SparkleDiam is a business-to-business (B2B) manufacturer. This website is intended for trade audiences — retail chains, jewellery brands, department store buyers, and export houses. We do not sell to consumers through this website.

2. Trade enquiries and quotations

All enquiries submitted through this website are requests for commercial discussion, not orders. Quotations issued by SparkleDiam are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to prevailing gold, platinum, and diamond market rates at the time of order confirmation.

3. Orders, samples, and approval

• Production begins only after written approval of the final reference sample and written order confirmation.
• The approved reference sample is the binding quality standard for the production batch.
• Changes requested after production has begun may affect pricing and delivery timelines and require written agreement from both parties.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in the currency stated in the quotation and exclude applicable taxes, duties, insurance, and freight unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are agreed in writing per partner account. We reserve the right to suspend production or dispatch against accounts with overdue balances.

5. Delivery and risk

Dispatch timelines are agreed at order confirmation. Risk in the goods passes as per the agreed Incoterms or, where none are agreed, on handover to the carrier. Claims for transit shortage or damage must be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt.

6. Quality and returns

Every piece is individually inspected before dispatch and, where applicable, BIS hallmarked and accompanied by IGI/SGL grading certificates. Claims relating to manufacturing defects must be raised in writing within 30 days of receipt. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or credit of the affected pieces at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, CAD files, renders, collection names (including Rekha, Jaali, Break, Seeds, and Gills), photography, and content on this website are the intellectual property of SparkleDiam or its licensors. Designs developed under a custom brief are governed by the terms of that engagement. No design may be reproduced, adapted, or commissioned from a third party without our written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep commercial terms, designs in development, and business information exchanged during an engagement confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Compliance and sourcing

SparkleDiam operates in accordance with BIS hallmarking regulations, the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, and Responsible Jewellery Council standards. We expect partners to comply with applicable laws in their jurisdictions of sale.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkleDiam shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
